Temple University Names Sam Finkel Among 30 Under 30 Honorees
Fox Rothschild congratulates Samuel R. Finkel, who was selected to Temple University’s 30 Under 30.
The program honors young alumni who are pushing boundaries, empowering entire communities and blazing trails for the next generation of leaders.
An associate in the Entertainment & Sports Law Department, Finkel assists clients in the sports and entertainment industry with a variety of contractual matters, including NIL sponsorship deals, and album, television and movie clearances. He also supports litigation and arbitration matters, including those involving the National Football League Players Association.
On his legal approach, Finkel explained, “One of the big things that I do is incorporate statistics into arguments, which is not common in the legal practice. I use z-scores to show statistical significance that proves someone is extraordinary.”
Temple highlighted Finkel for his work helping international athletes obtain green cards, representing a prominent sports agent in a contract dispute, and negotiating NIL deals for clients in sports and music.
Finkel earned his J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.
