Among the highlights of the team's recent work were the acquisitions of catalogs and music publishing companies from Max Martin and Shellback, the Quincy Jones estate and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. The team also secured more than $500 million in debt financing tied to more than 75 catalogs from artists including James Fauntleroy, Christine McVie, Nelly, Kane Brown and Wiz Khalifa. In addition, the group advised Concord in its acquisition of Mothership Music Publishing’s assets, further cementing their standing as a go-to legal team in the music industry.
