Fox Rothschild congratulates W Mason, who was named President-Elect of the Friends of MacArthur Beach State Park, a nonprofit corporation that generates resources to preserve and restore the cultural assets of the Park for current and future generations.

Nestled on an Atlantic Ocean barrier island, John D. MacArthur Beach State Park is the only state park in Palm Beach County. It is an environmental treasure which has been preserved for present and future generations to experience. Mason was also appointed as a Trustee of the Nature Foundation, an endowment fund that supports the Friends. He has been active on the board since 2020 and will assume the role of President at the conclusion of the current President’s term.

A partner in our West Palm Beach office and a member of the Litigation Department, Mason handles complex business disputes, real estate litigation and restrictive covenant disputes. He is also Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar.
