Biography
Nick represents clients in product liability, toxic and mass torts and personal injury in both state and federal courts.
Before Fox Rothschild
Nick was an associate at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018. He also served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable Timothy M. Cain of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
During law school, he served as senior articles editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and was a member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court. He received the CALI Award for Legal Research for Practice.
