Fox Rothschild welcomes Jason S. Leiker to the Kansas City, MO office as a partner in the Litigation Department.

Howell, Fox’s Kansas City office managing partner. “He’s a well-known litigator who represents clients in high-stakes disputes and also serves as companies’ outside general counsel, helping them navigate pressing day-to-day business concerns.”

A seasoned commercial litigator, Leiker works with companies of all sizes in a wide variety of industries, particularly food manufacturing, aviation, commercial construction and surety. He has handled litigation across ten states in state and federal court and also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution forums.

In the role of outside general counsel, Leiker provides tailored solutions for a full range of day-to-day operational and governance matters including, contracts, workplace policy and litigation, commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, surety, construction matters, insurance and real estate matters.

Leiker earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and his M.A. and B.A. from the University of Kansas.
