Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) from California employees are just around the corner. When the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2023, employers will be required to respond to their employees’ requests to access, delete and not sell their personal information. Though new in California, this has been the standard practice in the EU, U.K. and Canada.
