Fox Rothschild’s Carl Maio and Peter Buckley led a team of attorneys to assist Healthcare Providers Insurance Exchange (HPIX) in an acquisition which granted Medical Mutual Insurance the company’s rights, title, interests in and policies.

The deal, which required multiple levels of approvals and filings from Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland, closed on December 31, 2015.
