Biography
Peter is a skilled patent attorney who partners with clients to maximize the value of their intellectual property.
Drawing on more than four decades of experience, he counsels colleges, universities, scientists and companies of all sizes on the procurement of domestic and international patents involving complex organic and inorganic chemistry. He also prepares infringement and validity opinions, negotiates and drafts license agreements and manages international patent portfolios.

A trained chemist with extensive laboratory experience, Peter leverages his technical knowledge to provide clients technology-specific strategies regarding their intellectual property. He invented the first commercialized refastenable disposable diaper adhesive and the first commercialized adhesive for labeling plastic milk containers.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Peter was a partner at Synnestvedt & Lechner LLP, an intellectual property boutique, in that firm's chemical practice group and opinions and licensing practice group. After law school, Peter clerked for the Honorable John W. Fritz, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Before entering the law field, Peter was a chemist in the development of thermoplastic adhesives for the National Starch and Chemical Corporation in Bridgewater, NJ. He invented the first commercialized refastenable disposable diaper adhesive and the first commercialized adhesive for labeling plastic milk containers.
