Continuing a decade-long streak, Fox Rothschild’s Intellectual Property Department was listed in the IAM Patent 1000. The annual guide, produced by Intellectual Asset Management, focuses solely on patent practice and has been established as the “definitive ‘go-to’ resource for those seeking world-class legal patent expertise.”

Comprised of more than 70 IP attorneys nationwide, Fox’s Intellectual Property Department includes numerous individuals with doctoral degrees in the sciences and engineering, as well as former USPTO examiners, university and industry researchers and former in-house attorneys and corporate engineers.

“Companies seeking tailored IP services need look no further than Fox Rothschild, with the firm’s patent prowess lying in assisting pioneering companies to protect and enforce their most significant innovations,” noted the 2025 guide.
