Biography
Peter provides sophisticated legal guidance to condominium and cooperative boards.
A seasoned attorney, Peter acts as general counsel, advising clients on a range of issues, including:
- Contract negotiations
- Corporate governance
- Collections
- Quality of life
- Commercial leases, construction and AIA contracts
- License agreements
- Owner and tenant agreements
For clients with new buildings, Peter is adept at seamlessly managing the transition in control from developer to unit owner. He also represents individuals in a broad range of real estate transactions.
Beyond his real estate practice, Peter represents banks in commercial lending transactions.

Peter joined us from a global law firm. Before that, he practiced with two other New York-area law firms.

Peter is a frequent speaker and author. He has presented at the Annual Housing Conference of the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums.
Outside of his practice, Peter is an avid tennis player.
