Curtis served as a Contributing Author to the "Annotated Trust Indenture Act,” a treatise drafted by the Committee on Trust Indentures and Indenture Trustees of the American Bar Association, Section of Business Law. The treatise is included in the ABA's "Handbook for Indenture and Trust Indenture Act Interpretation."
