Biography

Qasim helps businesses resolve a broad range of commercial disputes and mitigate litigation risk.

He is particularly experienced with insurance litigation and prosecuting civil lawsuits involving complex insurance fraud schemes under the federal RICO Act and similar anti-fraud statutes.

Before Fox Rothschild

Qasim joins us from a regional law firm based in the Northeast, where he was a member of the insurance fraud practice. Before that, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Lurana S. Snow of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

During law school, Qasim externed with Judge Snow and worked as a law clerk for a Florida-based litigation law firm. In addition, he served as a research assistant to Property Law Professor Michael Allan Wolf and was a recipient of the Anti-Defamation League's Yegelwel Fellowship. He was also research editor for the Florida Law Review.
