Biography

Ravi focuses his practice on corporate governance and real estate matters, particularly for condominiums and cooperatives.

He is experienced with drafting and negotiating various agreements, including, but not limited to, AIA agreements, alteration agreements, license agreements, management agreements, amenity rental agreements and agreements for cooperative stock ownership transfers. He also prepares amendments to condominium declarations and revises co-op and condominium bylaws, certificates of incorporation, proprietary leases, and building rules and regulations and advises co-op and condominium boards on how to formally adopt the same.

Using a forward-thinking approach, Ravi structures real estate contracts, lease agreements and licensing agreements. He also has experience representing clients in real estate litigation by preparing summons and complaints, notice of motions, affidavits in support and stipulations, often in an effort to settle the matters.

Ravi joined us from a global law firm.

He previously interned for the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York and the New York State Department of Labor.

A member of his law school's Business Law Society, Ravi was the Chair of Speakers and Events. He was also a member of the Asian Law Society and an associate editor of the Albany Law Review.

Before law school, Ravi was a digital business analyst for a Maryland financial services firm.
