Biography
Reed guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process. He also develops strategies to help clients mitigate future claims.
More than just a litigator, Reed brings the full breadth of his experience to bear to help clients achieve their goals. He has experience with antitrust law and the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act process and has provided antitrust counsel on major national and international transactions, lawsuits and investigations. Reed is also highly familiar with federal, state and local policymaking and regulation.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining us, Reed clerked for the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He previously worked as an associate for a global law firm.
Reed graduated from the George Washington University Law School with honors as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. While earning his law degree, Reed interned with the Honorable Bruce Peterson of the Hennepin County (MN) District Court and the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General. During law school he was also a member of the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law.
Prior to law school, Reed worked as a political consultant for companies in heavily regulated industries. In this role he counseled clients facing complex federal, state and local issues and developed strategies to achieve business objectives.
