Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes Robbie Pratt to the Washington, DC office as counsel in the Federal Government Contracts & Procurement Practice Group.

Pratt serves as a trusted adviser on matters involving government contracts, construction and related litigation and insurance recovery. He represents contractors in the public procurement process at all levels as well as property owners and contractors in state and federal court, the Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.

He counsels clients throughout the government procurement process, including solicitation review, proposal preparation, bid protests, project administration and preparation of requests for equitable adjustment and litigation. He also advises property owners and contractors on a full range of construction issues, including contract drafting, project administration, critical path analysis, licensing, compliance, and claims and litigation.

Pratt earned his J.D., with highest honors, from George Washington University Law School and B.A. from The College of William and Mary.

Prior to joining Fox, Pratt was an attorney at a boutique federal government contracts firm.
