Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce that the New Jersey Law Journal has honored the firm in five categories in its 2025 New Jersey Legal Awards:
- Law Firm of the Year – Finalist
- Gaming Law Practice of the Year – Finalist
- Real Estate Firm of the Year – Finalist
- Office Managing Partner of the Year – Finalist
- New Leaders of the Bar – Winner
Fox Rothschild’s three New Jersey offices — Atlantic City, Morristown and Princeton — span South, Central and North Jersey, and are home to more than 120 of the firm’s 1,000 attorneys, including the leaders of several national practice groups. The Law Firm of the Year award recognizes firms that have “demonstrated a broad spectrum of achievements in the past year and talent depth.”
Fox’s national Gaming Department, led by Co-Chairs Marie J. Jones and C.J. Fisher in Atlantic City, represents global industry heavyweights, including Hard Rock International and MGM Resorts International, in a range of licensing, compliance and other legal matters. Major online gaming companies such as Jackpot.com, Sports IQ Analytics and Sportradar are also clients. The Gaming Law Practice of the Year award recognizes firms that significantly influenced the gaming industry in 2024.
Co-chaired by Robert A. Klausner in Morristown, our Real Estate Department works with many of New Jersey’s largest developers, builders and real estate companies, helping to forge multimillion-dollar deals in the industrial, warehouse, office, retail and multifamily residential sectors. Attorneys from our three New Jersey offices have played key roles in many of New Jersey’s most influential commercial real estate transactions.
Catherine E. Youngman, Managing Partner of the firm’s Morristown location since 2021, has helped grow the office and raise its profile. The Office Managing Partner of the Year category honors top leaders of the region who have played an instrumental role in advancing their respective offices. A seasoned bankruptcy attorney who recently chaired the Lawyers Advisory Committee for the District of New Jersey, Youngman is also member of the firm’s Strategic Growth Committee and serves as the firm’s newly appointed Well-Being Chair.
Based in Atlantic City, Real Estate Partner Bridget Sykes was selected as a New Leader of the Bar winner. Sykes is a driving force in the economic development of Atlantic City and the surrounding region, facilitating commercial real estate deals and regulatory approvals for projects that help move the Jersey Shore forward. Her clients include businesses in the technology, retail, commercial lending and real estate development industries. She is also active in the Atlantic City Boys & Girls Club, helping to coordinate membership efforts and its annual Golf Fore Kids fundraiser. The award honors attorneys under the age of 40 for their professional accomplishments and potential.
Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in October.
