Biography
Ruben represents tenants, landowners, developers, lenders, borrowers and REITs in a variety of commercial and retail real estate matters with a focus on leasing, real estate financing and development. His experience extends to small and big box store tenants.
He also has counseled local municipalities, public entities and agencies on a range of real estate issues, including development, historic preservation, redevelopment and land use.
He assists clients with:

- tax abatement and appeals
- zoning and planning approvals
- affordable housing litigation
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Ruben worked as a real estate associate at two boutique New Jersey law firms and one regional law firm. He also has experience in conducting internal investigations into legal and ethical misconduct for a New York-based company.
Ruben served as President of Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law's Latin American Law Students Association. He was also named a Criminal Law Dean’s Scholar and made the Dean's List. Ruben graduated law school with Public Service Honors.
