Biography
A member of the firm's Litigation Department, Samantha helps clients mitigate risk and resolve a broad range of business disputes. She has experience working on trade secret litigation and trademark infringement arbitration.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate at Fox Rothschild, Samantha has been a law clerk with the Consumer Protection Unit in the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia and at a boutique tax law firm. Samantha also served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
In law school, Samantha participated in Moot Court, was named a Kaufman Securities Quarterfinalist and earned the Best Petitioner Brief. She was also a research assistant, articles editor of the Florida State University Law Review, a staff editor on the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy and a teaching assistant.
Samantha is a former gubernatorial fellow and government consultant with the Florida Department of Health. She also previously worked as a protection intern for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and as a budgeting intern for the Florida Governor's Office of Policy & Budget.
