Biography
Sarah provides innovative solutions to the high-stakes legal challenges faced by oil and gas companies and other businesses operating in the energy industry.
She represents businesses in bet-the-company litigation involving workplace safety, environmental issues, mineral rights, qui-tam whistleblower cases and other disputes. Sarah advises clients in state and federal court and arbitration, including in multistate class actions and other multidistrict litigation.
Clients rely on Sarah to guide them through soil and groundwater contamination matters as well as actions related to producing, gas gathering, drilling, transporting, processing and industry-wide measurement. She also advises businesses on a full range of oil and gas contract disputes.
Sarah gets to know her clients' businesses in-depth so she can work with them to design practical strategies that protect their vital interests and allow them to achieve their business goals.
She leverages a diverse legal background to provide clients with valuable insights and perspective. Sarah has also handled cases involving corporate restructuring, probate disputes and trust and asset transfers and has experience guiding clients through business succession and asset protection planning.
Before Fox Rothschild
Sarah practiced at a national law firm prior to joining us.
While earning her law degree, she clerked for the Catholic Charities Immigration Law Clinic and at a law firm. Sarah also interned at a litigation firm and for North Dakota U.S. Sens. Byron L. Dorgan and Kent Conrad in their constituency offices. Additionally, Sarah was a member of the Oklahoma City School of Law's Law Review.

Sarah volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) and with the Alzheimer’s Association.
She was a member of Leadership Edmond's Class of 2015.
