Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Sarah H. Winters, who was appointed to the inaugural Young Professionals Advisory Board (YPAB) for the Pittsburgh Legal Diversity & Inclusion Coalition (PLDIC). She will serve a three-year term.

PLDIC promotes regional economic growth by assisting employers in the Greater Pittsburgh area with the hiring, retention and inclusion of legal professionals from a variety of diverse backgrounds. Fox first joined the organization in 2022.

Winters will provide advice and suggestions to PLDIC “committees and working groups on issues of particular interest to new attorneys to help inform programming and resources” and will work on the selection and completion of “a project that aims to solve a diversity, equity and inclusion challenge PLDIC members have.”

Winters, an associate with the firm, assists clients with a wide range of real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on affordable housing and mixed-finance development. She is the Pittsburgh office liaison to the firmwide Diversity Committee and a member of the firmwide Associates Committee.

She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, her M.A. from Columbia University and her B.S. from Hofstra University.
