Biography

A member of our Litigation Department, Sarah handles a broad range of construction and commercial disputes.

Sarah represents contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and other commercial entities in all phases of litigation in state and federal court and arbitration. Her experience includes defending large, private construction and design firms in complex litigation involving delay, design defect and acceleration claims.

Sarah also handles subrogation for property claims involving product liability, construction defects, vehicles and other property affected by fire, water, collision or collapse.

Sarah joined us as a summer associate.

While attending Wake Forest University School of Law, Sarah was a member of the National Moot Court Team and the Associate Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board. She also served as Research Editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property and President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to law school, Sarah was the captain of the Division I college basketball team at Wofford College.
