Biography
Saumya focuses her litigation practice on real estate and business disputes.
She guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process and advises them on how to mitigate potential future claims.
Her experience includes one of the biggest export compliance cases in U.S. history. It involved the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and U.S. sanctions laws.
Before Fox Rothschild
Saumya previously practiced at boutique Dallas law firms.
While earning her law degree, Saumya interned with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
Saumya previously worked as a Community Supervision Officer for the Dallas County Supervision and Corrections Department.
