Biography
Scott is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California's Board of Specialization and is the former Co-Chair of the firm's Family Law Practice Group.
He has more than 37 years of experience representing celebrities and high net worth clients in family law matters, particularly the enforcement of premarital agreements, child support and spousal support, custody and complex property division and business valuation. Scott is listed in Los Angeles Magazine as one of Southern California's "Super Lawyers."

Prior to joining the firm, Scott was Of Counsel with Nachshin & Langlois (previously Nachshin & Weston), where he also was a founding partner.

Scott has made a number of guest appearances on television and radio programs such as "Anderson Cooper 360;" "The Insider;" and "E! Entertainment," discussing celebrity divorces; "VH1;" and the nationally syndicated network, "Life and Style," discussing pet rights with regard to prenuptial agreements; "Legal Challenges" on KRLA; and he discussed the Michael Jordan split on CNN's Headline News. He has appeared on NBC's "Extra," addressing the Liz Hurley paternity matter; and is a regular commentator on "Entertainment Tonight" and the "Insider."

Scott has co-authored the book, I Do, You Do... But Just Sign Here: A Quick and Easy Guide to Cohabitation, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
