Seth L. Dobbs, Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s National Automotive practice, represented automotive entrepreneur Artem Boguslavskiy and Ecodrive to acquire six dealerships from Berlin City Auto Group.

Ecodrive Auto Group has established itself as a prominent figure in the automotive retail industry, with dealerships across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. This deal launches its strategic expansion into New England with the addition of the Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram franchises.

Ecodrive’s extensive footprint now reaches New Hampshire, following the acquisition of six stores previously owned by Berlin City Auto Group, including Berlin City Toyota, Berlin City Honda, Berlin City Nissan, Berlin City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Berlin City Chevrolet GMC.

This transaction allows Ecodrive to grow its portfolio and enhance its presence on the East Coast.
