Seth L. Dobbs, Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s National Automotive practice, represented Generation Auto Group in its acquisition of Rock Ridge Nissan and Infiniti in Denville, NJ.

This marks Generation Auto’s third closing in New Jersey.
