Seth L. Dobbs, co-chair of Fox’s Automotive practice, represented Reading Motors in its acquisition of Springfield Mitsubishi of Reading.

Prime real estate, the 20,000 square-foot property located at 3814 Pottsville Pike (SR #61) is in the heart of Reading’s Dealer’s Row.

The transaction provides Reading Motors with its first Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) franchise.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Springfield Mitsubishi of Reading was represented by Colliers.
