Biography
Shannon is a skilled business litigator who handles complex commercial matters, with a focus on health care, insurance, and ERISA litigation in payer-provider disputes in court and arbitration. She also handles employment class action suits and media defense matters, including defamation and invasion of privacy issues.
Shannon is a member of the team that represents a major satellite television service provider and one of its largest subcontractors in employment, wage and hour, and class action litigation matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Shannon was previously a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. She also served as summer judicial intern and JIOP Fellow to the Honorable C. Darnell Jones II of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she worked as a legal intern with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and as a legal intern with a Philadelphia area litigation firm.
During law school, Shannon was Fundraising Coordinator of the Pro Bono Society and volunteered with Face to Face, which helps underprivileged individuals obtain birth certificates. She was also a research assistant.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Shannon is a peer adviser for new associates in Fox Rothschild’s Mentor Program and a member of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Network. She volunteers with the firm’s Generation Fox program and with the mock interview programs at local law schools.
