She understands the complexities of running a business, including general management, financial and tax planning and associated family dynamics.

Sonja is a highly capable litigator and reasoned advocate, dedicated to finding the best solution for her clients, often engaging in mediation before resorting to the expense of court proceedings. Sonja often serves as a Rule 114 qualified neutral mediator under the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, and uses those skills when negotiating solutions for her clients.
