Fox Rothschild congratulates Stephanie Slater Ward on her selection to Class II of the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Bankruptcy Committee’s 20/20 Partners Rising Leader Awards.

The prestigious award recognizes 20 emerging leaders in business bankruptcy law, selected for their leadership, professional and social contributions, high-quality bankruptcy work, personal skills, and integrity.

An Associate in the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department, Ward represents official committees of unsecured creditors in major Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases around the country. She has worked on creditor committee engagements in a variety of industries, including technology, construction, retail, food and beverage, and micromobility companies. With broad experience, Ward protects the financial interests of individuals and businesses that are most vulnerable when a company encounters financial hardships.

Ward’s notable experience includes representing the creditors’ committees in the chapter 11 cases of Meyer Burger Corp., Deqser LLC, Meier’s Wine Cellars Acquisition, Bird Global Inc. et al., AeroFarms, Inc. et al., Enjoy Technologies Inc. et al., Boxed Inc. et al., Katerra Inc. et al., and Aluminum Shapes LLC.

Outside of her work at Fox, Ward is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association, two nonprofits comprised of bankruptcy professionals dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management.

The ABA Business Bankruptcy Committee will recognize the 20/20 Partners Award recipients during the Business Law Section Spring Meeting in April 2026.
