Biography
Stephen assists clients with a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
He counsels clients on real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, financing, refinancing and leasing. Stephen has experience representing institutional lenders in multimillion-dollar loan originations.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining Fox, Stephen worked for a boutique real estate firm based in New York City. Stephen was also a real estate associate at two Connecticut law firms. During law school, he was a law clerk in the Connecticut and New York offices of an international firm and served as a member of the Connecticut Law Review.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Stephen served more than four years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps where he held the rank of Sergeant, Vehicle Recovery Specialist.
