Biography
Stephen is an experienced litigator who represents clients — particularly in the technology, financial services and transportation sectors — in high-stakes litigation and regulatory compliance matters.
He designs efficient strategies for defending high-volume, business sensitive litigation that reduce legal spend and maximize opportunities to achieve favorable outcomes in matters instituted in state and federal courts.
In addition to representing clients as national coordinating counsel, in all phases of litigation and in government investigations, Stephen counsels clients on the development and implementation of practical strategies to mitigate risk.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Stephen was in-house counsel for a global financial institution. Before that, he was a partner at a regional law firm and served in the Appellate Division of the Allegheny County (PA) Public Defenders Office.
In law school, Stephen was selected as a teaching and research assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Program. He was also the founding Secretary of the Appellate Moot Court Board, an Associate Editor of the Duquesne Business Law Journal, and recipient of the Shalom Moot Court Award.
