Biography
Steve has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, working for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, law firms and as in-house counsel for a medical device company.
He handles patent preparation and prosecution and manages intellectual property portfolios for companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. Steve also conducts due diligence reviews and audits of intellectual property assets.
He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including:

Before Fox Rothschild
Steve came to Fox Rothschild from a medical device and technology company where he served as senior intellectual property counsel. He has also practiced law as a member and partner of Boston law firms and served for several years as a Patent Examiner in the U.S Patent and Trademark Office.
