Fox Rothschild congratulates Susan McNear Fradenburg, who was honored by the Triad Business Journal among 25 individuals who are “making a difference in the local economy and in the Triad community.”

The award is part of the publication’s “Outstanding Women in Business” series, which recognizes those who have “risen to the top of companies or founded their own. They are leaders in education, health care nonprofits, banking and professional services.”

Fradenburg, a partner in the firm’s Greensboro office, was cited for her more than 25 years of experience representing clients in the health care industry, where she has “worked to provide crisis management assistance to health care facilities, including round-the-clock coverage for hospitals facing fast-track termination, and has represented hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospices and home health agencies in certificate of need matters.” The Triad also highlighted her litigation work on behalf of clients from the administrative hearing level through the North Carolina Supreme Court.

“I enjoy working with health care providers, supporting them as they help their patients and clients as well as their staff members who are the front line of serving a vulnerable community,” Fradenburg told the Triad.

When asked about her next big professional goal, Fradenburg said she plans to assist “clients with navigating the future regulatory and operational changes that will impact their operations, specifically as it pertains to AI, data security and the privacy of health care records.”

Fradenburg believes “deeply in giving back to the community” and in helping the “next generation of leaders find success.” She is active with Rotary International and has volunteered for more than 10 years as a “study buddy” for students at her local elementary school. She serves as President of Körner’s Folly Foundation, which fosters an appreciation for history, the arts and enterprise through the preservation and interpretation of the Körner’s Folly. Fradenburg co-chaired the capital campaign to build the Kernersville Visitor’s Center at Korner’s Folly. The Visitor’s Center, which was completed in 2024, is a community gathering place that drives tourism and provides Korner’s Folly with the opportunity to expand its programming.
