Biography
Tara represents owners, contractors, subcontractors and developers in a broad range of construction law and commercial litigation matters.
Her experience includes defending large, private construction firms in complex litigation matters involving subcontractors, design professionals and owners. In addition, Tara provides advice on case assessment and risk management issues related to, among other subjects, breach of contract and negligence claims.
Tara has also represented clients in the construction, gaming and health care industries, among others, in a variety of commercial and government contract disputes and protests.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Tara was an associate at a boutique law firm in McLean, Virginia, where she had previously been a legal intern and summer associate. During law school, Tara was the President of the GW Law Moot Court Board, a semifinalist in the National Moot Court Competition, a student attorney in the Health Rights Law Clinic and a Dean's Fellow.
