Taylor represents clients in complex commercial litigation and advises businesses on risk mitigation.

Her experience includes prosecuting criminal defendants as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Possessing strong oral and written advocacy skills, she chaired dozens of criminal trials and performed discovery, depositions, plea negotiations and motion practice.

Before Fox Rothschild

Before joining us, Taylor worked as a criminal litigator representing the State of Florida in the 15th and 17th Judicial Circuits. As Broward County’s first Intimate Partner Violence Specialist, she cultivated and led a Task Force of over 70 community leaders dedicated to improving the investigation of intimate partner violence cases. As an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, Taylor handled first-degree through third-degree felony domestic violence cases from filing to resolution.

In law school, Taylor externed with the Honorable Chad F. Kenney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Megan McCarthy King of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She also worked as a summer associate for two Philadelphia law firms.
