Regulatory compliance for aging services is a constantly moving target. This presentation will focus on the most pressing legal and regulatory issues in the spring of 2022. Discussions will include: the pending/final changes to the HIPAA regulations; recent Office of Civil Rights settlements and enforcement trends for aging services providers; information blocking basic requirements, and survey compliance with vaccine mandates and COVID-related topics such as infection prevention.
