Real Estate Pro Thomas Bartolozzi Joins Fox Rothschild in Atlanta

Fox Rothschild welcomes Thomas A. Bartolozzi to the Atlanta office as a Partner in the Real Estate Department.

“Tom is a seasoned real estate attorney known for delivering results and guiding clients toward strategic growth and financial success,” said Mary Balent Long, Fox’s Atlanta Office Managing Partner. “We are thrilled for him to join our team in Atlanta.”

Bartolozzi focuses his practice on commercial real estate and hospitality matters including formation, acquisition, sale, leasing, marketing and/or regulatory compliance. Business-oriented and insightful, he has handled numerous transactions involving commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial, hotel and resort properties, and management companies, from nearly every angle. Thomas' clients include buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, originators, developers and operators.

He frequently represents and advises public and private REITs on their formation and compliance issues, as well as acquisitions, dispositions and financings. On behalf of borrowers and lenders, including originators and sellers of commercial mortgage-backed securities, Tom manages lending, finance and workout transactions.

Bartolozzi also has significant corporate and business law experience, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, entity formation and governance transactions.

Bartolozzi earned his LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his B.A. from Rutgers University.

Prior to joining Fox, Bartolozzi was a partner at Morris, Manning & Martin.
