Biography
Thomas represents businesses in a range of commercial litigation.
He advises clients throughout the litigation process, in state and federal courts, particularly in cases involving toxic tort and product liability litigation.
His experience includes working on teams of attorneys serving as national coordinating counsel to direct the defense of claims across multiple jurisdictions.
Before Fox Rothschild
Thomas joined us from the Boston office of a regional law firm.
While earning his law degree, Thomas served as a student attorney at Boston College Law School’s Civil Litigation Clinic. He also clerked for a personal injury firm and completed a judicial internship in the Maine District Court.
