Fox Rothschild congratulates Lori S. Kozak, who was recognized in the Daily Journal’s 2024 list of Top Intellectual Property Lawyers in California.

The annual list highlights the “top performing intellectual property attorneys” who work in patent litigation, trademark and copyright.

Chair of the firm’s Trademarks Practice Group, Kozak provides global strategic management of trademark portfolios for multinational corporations, technology startups and a variety of other businesses.

"Among other things, I manage trademark clearance and registration for an entertainment-based company that is a household name," she told the Daily Journal. "I also negotiate, draft and enforce a multitude of IP agreements while managing an international trademark portfolio for a prominent video game developer."

Kozak was featured in a special issue of the Daily Journal on May 22.
