An experienced litigator with extensive courtroom experience, Valerie represents individuals and families in all aspects of matrimonial and family law.

Before Fox Rothschild

Valerie joined us from a leading boutique family law firm. She was previously a founding partner of a boutique matrimonial law firm in New York, and earlier in her career established the family law department for the New York office of an international law firm.

Before entering private practice, Valerie was a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the General Crimes Bureau of the Eastern District of New York and an Assistant District Attorney for the Queens County District Attorney's Office. Valerie also practiced as Court Attorney to the Honorable Esther M. Morgenstern, New York State Supreme Court Justice, in both the Kings County Family Court and the Queens County Integrated Domestic Violence Court, which Valerie helped establish to unify the handling of matrimonial, family court and criminal cases.
