Vince is Managing Partner of the firm’s Princeton Office and Co-Chair of its Public Companies Practice. He is an experienced corporate and securities attorney who serves as outside general counsel to a number of small- and mid-sized public and private companies. Vince advises clients on a variety of transactional and corporate finance matters, helping them structure, negotiate and close mergers and acquisitions; secure venture capital investments; complete public and private securities offerings and comply with federal and state securities laws.

His experience extends to corporate governance, corporate and control transactions and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply agreements, take or pay contracts, licensing arrangements and joint ventures. During his career, Vince has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including medical device, mining, pharmaceuticals, software, logistics, defense, leasing, cannabis and transportation.
