Biography
With more than 40 years of experience in entertainment law, Vincent advises entertainment and media clients on litigation involving a broad range of intellectual property and licensing issues.
He focuses his practice on cases involving copyright, trademark, libel, slander and unfair competition, and has successfully defended clients accused of defamation and copyright infringement in feature films and other media properties. Vincent also counsels clients on mitigating legal exposure with respect to screenplays, documentaries, feature films, novels and journalistic works.
Before Fox Rothschild
Vincent joined us from his private practice. He previously worked at a boutique entertainment firm that merged with a national law firm.
