Biography

Creative and analytical, Wanda is a seasoned patent litigation and trial attorney who works closely with clients to develop comprehensive legal strategies that advance their unique business objectives. 

Co-Chair of our IP Litigation practice, she represents clients in federal district and appellate courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Wanda represents clients in a range of technologies, including telecommunications, computer software, aviation, mobile devices, biotechnology, mRNA, gene therapy, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and Hatch-Waxman litigation. Her clients have included multinational technology companies as well as some of the world’s largest biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

A former registered pharmacist working in pharmaceutical industry, Wanda has a deep understanding of the Hatch-Waxman and Biologics Price Competition and Innovation acts, their accompanying regulations and their crucial application to pharmaceutical products entering the market.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Wanda was a partner in the intellectual property department of an international law firm. 

Wanda also served as an adjunct Intellectual Property professor at Seton Hall University School of Law.

Before attending law school, Wanda worked as a registered pharmacist in the health care and pharmaceutical industries.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Wanda is a member of Montclair Golf Club where she plays on the club’s Women’s Metropolitan Golf Association team.

Wanda is also a member and the former secretary of the Board of Directors of the Garden State Women’s Golf Association. She plays golf to a single-digit handicap index.
