4:30–5:30 p.m.: Fireside Chat With Casey Michel and Rachel Barkow – A discussion of the structural gaps in the constitutional jurisprudence and federal statutes that weaken individual rights and the rule of law in the U.S.
- Casey is the Director of the Combating Kleptocracy Program at the Human Rights Foundation. He's also an investigative journalist and the author of "American Kleptocracy: How the U.S. Created the World's Greatest Money Laundering Scheme in History" and "Foreign Agents: How American Lobbyists and Lawmakers Threaten Democracy Around the World."
- Rachel is the Charles Seligson Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Zimroth Center on the Administration of Criminal Law at New York University School of Law. She served as a Commissioner on the U.S. Sentencing Commission for five years and is a prolific author. Her latest book is titled "Justice Abandoned: How the Supreme Court Ignored the Constitution and Enabled Mass Incarceration."

In order to be awarded the full credits, you must respond to three polling questions asked during the program.
