Biography
Will provides a broad range of legal services to clients in the automotive industry.
A former dealership owner and operator, Will is intimately familiar with the business issues his clients face. He provides legal counsel for transactions, dealer acquisitions and sales, and the sale, purchase and lease of commercial real estate. Will is skilled at helping his clients close deals while protecting their interests.
He also has litigation experience and has defended insurance companies and their insureds, as well as large, self-insured businesses, in personal injury, labor law and products liability cases.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Will practiced at Aboyoun Dobbs LLC, a boutique New Jersey law firm focused on automotive law. He previously practiced at a national law firm.
Before attending law school, Will and his father owned and operated Salerno Chrysler Dodge in Yorktown Heights, NY.
