A seasoned litigator, arbitrator and mediator with decades of experience, Willis concentrates his practice on Chancery litigation, complex commercial disputes, land use approvals and real estate as well as other transactional matters. He also advises clients on a range of everyday business matters. 

He represents business and individuals in litigation including;

  • Consumer fraud/construction and breach of contract
