Biography
A seasoned litigator, arbitrator and mediator with decades of experience, Willis concentrates his practice on Chancery litigation, complex commercial disputes, land use approvals and real estate as well as other transactional matters. He also advises clients on a range of everyday business matters.
He represents business and individuals in litigation including;
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Estates and trusts
- Eminent domain
- Title to real estate
- Consumer fraud/construction and breach of contract
Willis handles real estate matters concerning the sale, lease or purchase of real estate, land use approvals and contract preparation as well as wills, trusts and other legal instruments.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Willis was the managing partner and co-founder of a boutique law firm.
