Biography

Zack works with a variety of clients in the entertainment, musical instrument and tech industries to protect, leverage and maintain their intellectual property.

He drafts corporate documents and negotiates agreements and transactions. When a dispute arises, he assists with litigation in state and federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. Zack also helps artists respond to disputes with record labels and band members, helps companies manage large intellectual property portfolios and prosecutes patent applications, particularly for clients in the software, electrical and mechanical technical fields.

His experience includes advising businesses in tech transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

Zack joined us from a regional law firm where he was a senior associate. He previously practiced at boutique and national law firms.
