Biography
A member of our Corporate Department, Aaron advises clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on private equity and health care.
He counsels businesses on general corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structure and entity formation. He also represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions and other transactions.
Aaron also advises health care entities and medical professionals on mergers and acquisitions, as well as compliance with a range of state and federal regulations.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Aaron practiced at an insurance defense litigation firm.
Aaron clerked for several Delaware law firms while earning his law degree and also served as an extern for the Honorable Spiros Angelos of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. At Widener University, Delaware Law School, Aaron was the president of the Transaction Law Honor Society and a senior staff editor of the Law Review. He was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
