Biography
Aidan is a member of the firm's Litigation Department, where she guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process. Aidan is a skillful presenter, adept at distilling the key points in her clients’ cases and communicating them to courts and juries.
She has particular experience with product liability defense, transportation litigation and commercial disputes. With a focus on efficiency, Aidan also develops strategies to mitigate litigation risk.
Before Fox Rothschild
Aidan joined us from a boutique litigation firm where she'd previously worked as a law clerk.
While attending the University of Minnesota, Aidan served as a Research Assistant for the Human Rights Center, working on issues related to counterterrorism. She also practiced as a Student Attorney in the Robins Kaplan Civil Practice Clinic where she represented low-income clients in civil court and was a member of the National Moot Court competition team.

Aidan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
