Biography
Aleshia advises businesses on a full range of labor and employment matters.
She represents employers in workplace litigation at trial and on appeal before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, California Civil Rights Department and the California Department of Industrial Relations. She is well-versed in matters involving:
- Wage and hour disputes
- Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions
- Harassment and discrimination
- Retaliation
- Wrongful termination
- Whistleblowers
Aleshia provides workplace training and policy advice to help clients comply with California's strict labor and employment laws. She is also experienced in conducting independent workplace investigations.

Aleshia joined us from a regional law firm. A former Deputy Attorney General for the Office of California Attorney General, she also previously practiced at boutique litigation firms and a global law firm.
